Eldergym Solutions
Create safe, effective exercise spaces for your elderly residents and patients.
Eldergym is more than equipment — it's a complete approach to senior fitness facility design. We help eldercare centres, nursing homes, community hospitals, and senior care facilities create purpose-built movement spaces that engage residents and support their wellbeing.
From initial consultation to equipment installation and staff training, Vibrahealth is your single point of contact for senior fitness solutions in Singapore.
What is Eldergym?
Eldergym is a concept developed by Turtlegym to address a fundamental gap in healthcare: the lack of age-appropriate fitness facilities for elderly users.
Traditional gyms are designed for healthy adults. The equipment is intimidating, the atmosphere is unwelcoming, and the risk of injury is high for older users. Eldergym flips this completely. An Eldergym is a fitness space designed specifically for seniors:
Safe equipment — Isokinetic machines that adapt to user strength
Accessible design — Low platforms, support handles, wheelchair-friendly
Welcoming atmosphere — Calm, unhurried, no intimidation
Efficient operations — Minimal staff supervision required
Clinical outcomes — Equipment backed by 60+ clinical studies
The result: seniors who actually use the equipment, improved health outcomes, and a genuine competitive advantage for your facility.
Facilities We Serve
Eldergym solutions are tailored to different facility types. Whether you have 50 square metres or 500, we can design an appropriate senior fitness space.

The Turtlegym Advantage
Turtlegym is not a rebranded consumer product. It was engineered from the ground up for elderly rehabilitation and fitness, with over 15 years of research and development.
Isokinetic Technology:
Unlike traditional weight machines where resistance is fixed, Turtlegym's isokinetic equipment maintains constant speed while resistance automatically adapts to the user's effort.
- No risk of sudden strain or overexertion
- Users can stop at any point without assistance
- Safe for patients with varying strength levels
- Effective for both rehabilitation and maintenance
Research & Track Record
Turtlegym equipment has been the subject of 60+ clinical studies worldwide, demonstrating effectiveness for sarcopenia, locomotive syndrome, post-surgical rehabilitation, fall prevention, Parkinson's disease, and stroke recovery.
Over 1,500 facilities across Japan, Taiwan, and other markets have implemented Turtlegym equipment. This is not experimental—it's proven at scale.
