What's the difference between the uSofa models?
The uSofa series offers four configurations: DL1 (1-Seater) — both WBVV and WBPA technologies in an armchair design, perfect for personal use. Can I use the uSofa as a regular sofa?
Absolutely. The uSofa is designed as premium furniture first. When the motor is off, it functions as a high-quality sofa with ergonomic support and luxurious leather upholstery. Guests won't know it's a wellness device unless you tell them.
What's the difference between vertical (WBVV) and horizontal (WBPA) modes?
WBVV (Vertical): up-and-down vibration that stimulates muscles and supports circulation. More energising. Available on all models. WBPA (Horizontal): head-to-toe rocking motion that promotes blood flow and relaxation. More calming. Available on DL1 and DL1-S models only. On DL1/DL1-S, you can use both modes—vertical for daytime energy, horizontal for evening relaxation.
Is the uSofa noisy?
No. All uSofa models are engineered for ultra-quiet operation. You can watch TV at normal volume, have conversations, or even nap during your session without disturbance.
Who should NOT use the uSofa?
The uSofa is not suitable for: pregnant women, those with pacemakers or spinal implants, those with acute fractures or surgical wounds (within 6 months), those with retinal detachment, those with acute inflammation or fever, patients with severe cardiovascular conditions. If you have any health concerns, consult your healthcare provider before use.
What's the warranty coverage?
All uSofa models are covered by BGREEN's manufacturer warranty: motor 24 months, accessories (remote, adapter) 12 months. Leather upholstery is a consumable and is not covered.
