The sleep-quality finding is notable and less commonly studied in WBV research than strength or mobility outcomes โ this trial specifically measured sleep latency (time to fall asleep) and duration, both of which improved.
Population specificity: findings are specific to institutionalised long-term-care residents with diagnosed dynapenia and should not be generalised without qualification to community-dwelling older adults or those without dynapenia.
